As I posted to today's edition of the "Santa Barbara Independent" : Well now on Yahoo the 'American idol' star "adam lambert" has decided to tell everyone about himself 'being gay' and I don't blame him for that. The part that bothers me is people in powerful Gay networks (such as womens college sports) whom 'cause' others to be gay before they were mature (like little softball girls) and then people who try to insist that specific others are actually gay but just Afraid to 'come out'. I myself, was 'gettin laid' by older women (and younger ones) by the time i was 15 years old . I'm a strait man and I am 'all man', even though my parents named me 'Tharon' (my middle name) and I say it like a man. Some powerful others have long been trying to play social and political 'quagmire games' with my 'first name' "William {T. chandler}"; because they are Mafia Scum and political theives.

It is my unfortunate need to inform you of corruption in the Missouri secretary of State office:
I Properly filed for candidacy on February 26th of 2008 in the secretary of States office for election candidate certifications.   I received the due receipt for payment of fee to the Democratic Party and the official paperwork from the election certification personnel working there, in Jefferson City.  Of course I myself was in complete compliance with the published and presently administrated procedure, meeting all of the breif and basic criteria of Citizenship and Candidacy as varified by the documents that they requested and I presented on that day (Missouri Drivers License and Voter Registration Card, as were duly issued by their government departments, having sufficient documentation, proofs of eligibility online, and prior valid drivers license with Motorcycle endorsement and CDL Permit [and Social Security card, also having my birth certificate on my person]).  Furthermore, I visited there at the Missouri Ethics Commission to make sure all was right (with regard to my fundraising modes) and had everything confirmed and clarified by the personnel there, and also I was in communication with the assigned staff from the Sectretary's of States office of candidate filings when i checked again-  before and after the 'close of filing' date, and was once directed by them (by a Ms Sharon Schrieber) to a speicific web-link confirming my ballot listing.  Since then my listing and candidacy has been wrongfully assaulted by a different member of their personnel working from the Missouri SOS office; to my great astonishment, alarm, and painful misfortune.

In this message I'm sayin that US VP Joseph Biden needs to get a haircut and that southern California should seek only 'modern rail' with regard to any new 'transportation spending' in the region. Today's cover page of 'La Opinion' Spanish News portrays Vice President Biden with Obama and the new Supreme CT Judge. This photo is more flattering for Ms Sotomayor than the Devlish looking example on the "NY Times"; yet it has Josey Biden looking like he almost slept through the photo-op. That Do of his is too difficult to manage, in modern times. He needs to get either a 'buzz-Cut' or else a High-and-tight. I don't think he'd look 'older' with a buzzcut (1/8" blade runner), nor do i believe he'd look 'balder' with a high and tight (military fade). I was pullin for Biden early on (for President 08) in my own campaign signs for a local race (home-made and sharper than paid for). The fact is that Biden resembles my former barbar and hometown famous pundit, a man rumored to decsend from the early American demolitions & railroad builder gang; the Molly McGuires, and Biden is makin him look bad with that slicked out Do. What if someone uses those photo's around the greater Lawrenceburg area; Hucks valuable Image will be Shot.

Also, from the "L.A. Times", a construction group plans to use a new 'tunnel' for a highway construction project; a new part of hwy 705 (with tunneling used to 'save' homes and neighborhoods). I'm telling you that digging under the Earth is the most expensive and least 'safe' option for any such project in that conjested area (South central Los Angeles) and the money would be better spent for modern rail (obove the horizon).   WTC

Missouri simply Deletes the honest Candidates from the ballot, just before it is finalized. Every Public 'Election' should require a minimum of 51% participation of willing and eligible Voters, in order to be a legally defensable or intellectually cognisable election outcome. When people do Not participate in Ballot procedures and elections it is a Form of Protest. The state of Missouri, for example, simply 'deletes' the Honest candidates from the official ballot, just before the finalization, and I dare say they have not had 35% voter participation rate before nor after the November 2008 Presidential election. In fact, for the 2008 Primary in which I was Shafted, the 'turn-out' was reported to be 11% in the Carnahan state, (supposedly and to the best of my concerned recollection). Cheating the Voters or 'sneaking In' an election (without all the willing and qualified candidates and voters) is no form of honesty nor integrity in Goverment. Folks the US elections process is marred by some kind of people that have an inquencheable desire for money and yet there is nothing in the US Constitution that allows our electoral process to be bought off with money.  In fact, as I need and am forced to tell you, it is an insulting lack of integrity on the part of the encumbent Secretary of the state of Missouri (and a mark of disgrace upon the Congressmen from that state (if not also upon the US President) that the important elections in that state are not an honest and open contest among qualified public servants but a tightly controlled squalor of greed and elitism where the 'allowed' candidates keep begging for money while the press reporting is full of murders and medical malpractice. From 'Kansa City Star' article attributed to the 'associated Press'; "Teamsters President Jimmy Hoffa plans to announce"... the article states that "Teamsters support Carnahan for Senate in 2010".  The article also states that  "The only other announced candidate in the Senate race is Republican congressman Roy Blunt. Former Republican state Treasurer Sarah Steelman has also said she is considering the race".  The most important point here, with regard to the actuall election, pertains not to any important issues such as the public policy or needs with regard to 'healthcare, education, the economy and a host of strange crimes reported (and unsolved) in the press because the encumbents and the secretary don't care about these issues (and are a part of the cause of all such problems) but care only about begging money from their 'supporters'.  They ruined my chances to run an honest race there for Congress in 2008.   It is common knowledge (and part of written articles by me and others and also the Congressional reporting services) that Congressman Roy Blunt controlls Million$of dollars within his campaign funding apparatus because he is tied in to huge PACS such as Guns and Oil and War; while he never has to defeat an honest challenger because they just delete them from the Roster, in Missouri.  Meanwhile, his new challenger (in the elitist money game) for the open US Senate race, there, is none other than Secretary of State Robin Carnahan, and her campaign is an open beg for money similar to that of their former Attorney General (now Governor)  Jeramy Nixon.  From a Monday April 20th, 2009 mailer from the Carnahan campaign (distributed via an 'Emily Elbert'; probably a 'pen name') {"The Democratic U.S. Senate candidate from Missouri just posted a robust $1.0 million raised in the first three months of 2009.  Republican Roy Blunt's total was about half that: $542,034.  The total gives Carnahan early bragging rights in what may turn out to be one of the most closely watched Senate races in the nation". - Kansas City Star, April 15, 2009}  So this is what they are concerned about, "bragging rights" and begging money.  The message in the mailer from 'Elbert' quickly turns to a beg for money, and all this in a state where the argument behind the scenes is about who might have killed someone's daddy, who killed the deputy sherff's, why are they treating some people for 'brain tumors' and yet none of this is being addressed openly by ANY of the encumbents.  All they do is beg for money and it is suspicious to me (a man whom is forced to live on $600. per mo.) about what they must be doing (to others and themselves) with all that money.  Sadly I know it pertains to lavish living and costly social support networks that lead NOT to Integrity for themselves nor the American People.  If I myself start begging you all it will not be for money but for Votes; a thing they buy with money in elections that they control unfairly.

Allow me to offer my congratulations to the new Police Chief of Salinas California (per article by Kimber Solana; "The Californian" Newspaper; 04/07/2009) and to share some insight; mainly that I myself live by honesty and integrity and will be glad to stay out of his way. Integrity is all I have left from a life where organized crime was secretly in charge of everything, and they believed that they would get away with it forever (Rollo Tomasi) . I can identify with integrity in charge (if such a thing actually exists) and I know that is what the Salinas Valley needs and must have in their future leadership (simple honesty and fairness to the public).  The new Chief is now on the cover of every regional newspaper at the same time everything is getting Hot.  All the regional 'career centers' have been channeling 'farm workers' to here, while the ICE and the gangs been tagin along.  The 'whistler's motha's' are bound to cause trouble for me.

When I see all the stuff about "Gangs" in the news it surprises me that I was never in one and (though I never will be in a gang nor violence) I know that the best part of the US 'Bill of Rights' allows for the citizens to assemble and press greivance

Problem South:
In this message I want to call your attention to political players that stalk candidates and ruin political elections in the South; to portray how they ruin  people's lives before a possible candidacy and they do it to usurp money from public treasuries after specific elections. The point will be made that the authorities cannot help the government without helping people hurt by an improper government.   Tennessee needs to 'Elect' the state 'Supreme Court Judges' (rather than have them 'appointed' by the Governor) and to 'Abolish' private prisons and prison construction.  In Fact Tn needs to 'Implode' a new prison at Lawrenceburg, TN

 

Likely this is a problem nation-wide (political usurpation and occupation) and it is the very problem that has our government in serious debt.  In the U.S. Southeastern states are people from political lobbies to include big Tobacco, Private Schooling, Military weaponry, and control of local elections whom take actions at the street and home level to influence candidates and usurp political space at the home district and political authority at the state capitol.  This is what costs us in the state and federal budgets as the people are held hostage to encumbents and officials whom are themselves bent upon expensive pharmacutical highs and sex meds and pretty prostitutes (instead of having an honest wife as I need and pray to ever get). 

 

The people in the big corporations, as are currently being 'bailed out' by our tax dollars, are the same problem with greed for money to pay for entrenched lust and social hierarchy. Yet instead of using any concerted initiative to assist common people the government are still feeding the rich with devalued dollars.  From the Sunday edition of the "L.A. Times", an article attributed to columnist 'Jim Puzzanghera' "In response to the worst economic downturn since the Great Depression, Geithner outlined a six-part framework that would result in the most significant new regulation of the financial system since the broad changes made during that crisis more than 70 years ago".

 
I, Tharon Chandler am telling you that it is not helping the corrupt government of Tennessee nor people such as myself whom have been damaged by it.  I've known  freinds killed in 'high places' and I have suffered severe 'gay bashing' and public humiliation (not for anything I've actually done wrong, but) from a 'pre-emptive strike' against me, done for the political motives of their organized crime and norms of extorting money from public treasuries and using local citizens as 'meat' (prostitution sex for the privaleged).  I have been denied the basic right to work and it was enforced upon me under the Authority of Govorner Phil Bredesen.  Their harmful actions against me were seen as a part of opposing viewpoints with regard to my own goals in public education and my quest for fair elections, but, in my old home town it might actually include undisclosed legal and monetary settlements to victims (or victims supposed or infered benefactors) in exchange for sexual services and control of political elections.  It pertains to old cronies getting sucked off at the courthouse and big construction companies building a new jail, there.  It is organized crime at the highest and most absurd levels and some such was a part of an FBI sting in 2005 that was an ethics reform initiative in Tennessee. 

 

I'm saying the government needs to help individual victims, like me, rather than just the news media and the other team.  They cannot help me at that place nor anywhere that people are trying to discount my experience and good conduct.  The housing authority, in California, plays games with the mail in application and then assigns rooms to whom they want to have one (be they illegal immigrants, wealthy persons, etc) so that a good man is crowded out and I don't even have spare change for coffee. 

 

Also, I'm not a 'gay' man, nor am i in any way personally uncomfortable socially, nor do I exhibit any extra anxiety or undue fears nor paranoid schizophrenia.  Nor do i have excessive unclean habits or problems with daily functions.  I've never lost serious money gambling.  The mafia soldiers use all sorts of gossip and insinuations and tactics designed to shame their victim into submission for the manipulation plan they have effected and sadly their plan too often uses members of a victim's own family.  It is not a matter of 'family problems' as some psychologists would imply, but a problem of organized crime in the government that ruins elections, especially in the South.  Some people are trying to insinuate that they have helped me by trying to remind me what i could have had or could do, or trying offer food and shelter under the provision they  get to classify me as 'mentally deficient' but freinds that is not helping and is like trying to bribe me with my own money; as it would also be to others.  They have usurped my chance to build any home and are trying to hold me hostage at my mothers house, with her help and it is not her fault and it is not just 'family problems'.  It is organized crime from which victims should be saved by Justice.

 

The material would include other types of theives, corrupt lobbyists and female prostitutes or people whom in effect 'hold others hostage' for money and how they do this with the help of fraudulent local authorities and false intelligence that goes up in rank as high as the Governors chair.  If there is anyone whom would like to gather more information about such crimes then I applaud them.  
     
As a political candidate I believe we can:
-Stop Funding War for Oil
-Improve "Public Housing" in Southern California
-Support Public Schools and Not private bigotry
-Abolish 'Private' Prisons and "Prison Construction"
-Protect and Clean Up the Environment
-Develop ultra modern mass transit.
-Promote a Sustainable economy in the U.S.A
-Veto all uncorroberated Pork and Prostitution
-Demand timely Federal budgeting & Accountability
-Stop "Mafioso" type abuse of children and Students
